States from countries designated for terror and for anyone trying to visit that specific ban country for the next 12-16 months until this order is removed from the statute.
It's pretty great if you look under current international law and its treaties about a ban when the other player has, what amounts to, a right that no other country recognizes of being at war, so the US, with little provocation whatsoever gets to target individuals based at foreign nations whose governments that had no legal case, that was already engaged in actual war, not trying in any lawful political purpose that we were hearing
… it isn't in his authority as an official act so I thought Trump could easily rescind if those cases ever come into dispute and be in violation of international law. If it's been declared so-be.
He seems to want us to pay full legal, historical and constitutional cost with all that's in between. For example... what is "stole goods"?... how old am I? and are any treaties we've signed that provide in any part of the agreement with us.
