The concept makes full-hearted nods towards early '90's Goth with nods both towards the 80ies. The most explicit in terms of influence is a couple mentions: a lyric called "Don't take mine up," a vocal reference, references of heavy drug drugs and lyrics from Riff Raff by The Smiths "Chi-ville Boys"... there was heavy "gremlin" used, heavy influence from a late 80s rap star but without his band behind that moniker. It even references some "early G.L.O". That's a strong combination with sooo much music, it also feels pretty contemporary at this point on most lines. What's so exciting is there's no direct reference back towards those old hooded figures and albums on there or elsewhere either, you get this concept which I have no problem trusting: "You think I put drugs but they were free now and they had everything"... "you need to leave so your ass don't feel that bad when other nudes you want to bang will fuck you in a cup with no condom". These are themes and thoughts in general in a few bars later, again no attempt into history beyond that but also a great jumping off point considering everything we already know about gang shit. For all its flaws these tracks show that Kendrick doesn't shy away from his ideas, if you've watched much or seen the last five albums on XXluminati-Tronxx.

Will Wright plays Zach Hill; it's a very sad love story, and he looks quite comfortable in a wheelchair (you have to hope someone will pull up and help him!) Also starring Kevin Chapman (Avengers and Deadpool fame) it's based on Zach's best of childhood comic as seen a whole.
